We accept returns and exchanges in a few specific cases. Read on for what we cover.

What we cover

Damaged on arrival

If your kit arrives damaged, send us a photo and email us right away.

Wrong item

If you've received the wrong product, compare the package weight against the kit listed and email us.

Lost in transit

If your order doesn't arrive, email us and we'll trace it.

Good to know

  • Items sent back without first emailing us won't be accepted.
  • Sale items and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged.
